The de Moya Group, Inc., is a highway and bridge construction company that specializes in complex major infrastructure projects in Florida. The company was founded in 1986 by Armando and Alisa de Moya together with brothers Alvaro (Al) and Jorge Juan, as well as other family members who chose to invest in the de Moya Group

ACAF’s membership consists of Asphalt producers (Regular Members), Associate Members, and Affiliate Members that all work together to supply materials, equipment, and support for plant mixed Asphalt

The Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida, Inc. was established in Dade County, Florida in 1953 to encourage a high standard of business ethics for the paving contracting industry and those firms doing business with what is known today as “Engineering Contractors”
